About the Workouts
45-minute timed circuit-based resistance training workout.
Additional finisher set at the end of the major circuit.
Programming will be specifically designed to rotate between Upper Body, Lower Body, Total Body (lower intensity), Total Body (higher intensity), and Core/Cardio throughout the week in a given month’s block.
This will ensure all members can work various target areas, no matter what days they can come.
Who They’re For
ALL fitness levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced.
Coach Kenz can easily modify the workout assigned for any level, injury, ache/pain, etc. to make sure you challenge yourself while preventing or furthering an injury.
Pregnant and Postpartum Mamas are also welcome, as long as you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor.
Coach Kenz is AFPA Pre/Postnatal Fitness Certified
